Refunds and cancellation
The software is free, and nothing is charged on this site. For paid services, the terms for cancelling and getting money back are in the quote, before you agree.

These pages describe how this website and our quotes work today. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and the terms in a written quote take precedence.
What is free
Apelora Fabric, its source code, its documentation, a demo and a quote are free. There is nothing to refund.
Paid services
Deployment, support, training and custom services are agreed in a written quote. Nothing is charged before you accept a quote in writing. Each quote states, in plain words and before you accept:
- the price, the currency and the taxes that apply, and any expenses (such as travel) that will be added, with how they are limited;
- what the service includes and what it does not;
- when you pay and how;
- how long it lasts, and whether it renews. A subscription such as support does not renew unless the quote says it does, and then says when and at what price;
- how you can cancel, from when, and what you get back if you do: for example the unused part of a subscription;
- what happens if we cannot deliver what the quote promises: we correct it, or you are refunded for the part that was not delivered.
There are no fees that are not in the quote: no set-up, cancellation, payment or administration charges that appear later.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits the rights you have under the law where you live, including a right to cancel that applies to consumers. If such a right applies, the quote tells you how to use it.
How to ask
Write to us through the contact form and name the quote. We answer within 5 working days and, if a refund is due, pay it back the way you paid, within 14 days of agreeing it.
