Licence
Apelora Fabric is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 only (AGPL-3.0-only). In short, and not as legal advice:
- You may use, study, change and share it, including in a company.
- If you give copies to others, you must give them the source under the same licence.
- If you change it and let other people use your changed version over a network, you must offer them its source.
- Software Apelora Fabric builds on, such as Incus, keeps its own licence; see the repository for the notices.
Paid services do not change this licence. The repository's LICENSE file is the authoritative text.
Policies for this website
- Privacy policy: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other sites. The contact form sends only what you type, to reply to you.
- Cookie policy: none are used, so there is no cookie banner.
- Terms of use: for this website and its documentation. The software has its licence; paid services have a written quote.
- Refunds and cancellation: the software is free and nothing is charged on this site; paid services state their terms in the quote.
Names and logos
"Apelora" and "Apelora Fabric" and the logo identify this project. The code licence does not give anyone the right to use them to suggest an official product or endorsement. The draft brand-use policy says more; trademark registration is not represented as complete.
Product names and logos in screenshots, such as the modules in the catalog, belong to their owners. They appear only to show what the catalog offers and imply no endorsement or affiliation. Incus is a project of the Linux Containers community; Apelora is independent of it.
